Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error.
Payment is processed securely through Square. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Kavi Cosmetix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Threshold and eligibility may change at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Kavi products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at Info@kavicosmetix.com. We will work with you to make it right.
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
- Opened products may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Skin Sensitivity & Allergies
Our products are made with natural ingredients. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list before use. We recommend a patch test before first use. Kavi Cosmetix is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from known allergies or sensitivities not disclosed to us.
